After the Moorhead City Council hastily appointed stay-at-home mother Melissa Fabian to fill an open council seat — and then rejected her in response to complaints about the process — the council tonight settled on three finalists for the position.
For the next two years, stay-at-home mother Melissa Fabian will represent east Moorhead’s 2nd ward on the City Council, despite receiving zero votes from that part of town.
